Did you do this as a vindictive act? This is what I was referring to. You seem bent on ruining this guys life, regardless of the consequences. Are you going to contact every organization, employer, etc. that you find out he is involved with?

It looks like everything he did was by email, except for the phone calls. What did he say when he called you?
To me, email is harmless. That is why Eudora has a little trashcan symbol. I find if I ignore someone they go away. If I push them they become dangerous. You obviously do not care about what you do to his wife and kids that you mentioned in another post. You even called his wife fat. Has she harassed you as well?

Cyn, I am addressing this to all of you, including Hillyard. You all have gone too far, IMHO. From the long post about his actions against you you never mentioned any physical contact. I think both of you, and all of the others in this newsgroup have over-reacted. Has he ever once tried to apologize, and if he did, how did you react to it?
I stick to my previous statement. Some guy sends unappropriate emails and posts and you ruin his job, family, career, etc. My bet is if this goes to trial, someone in his family will retaliate, if you ignore him, he goes away.

I agree that this action was wrong, but it was by email. Email never put anyone's life in danger.

Your CRAP postings are worse then anything I seen from him. From what I can tell from scanning the messages, the ones he flooded, were pointless posts from people who hide behind alias'.
I do not believe you have a psychology degree. Professionals do not call people "morons" in a public newsgroup.
